Meerut. A young man was attacked by a pitbull dog and severely injured. The pitbull held the young man's hand in its jaws for about five minutes. Hearing his screams, the villagers rushed to the spot and saved him. After first aid, he was referred to Delhi for anti-rabies serum injection. After registering a case on the complaint of the victim, the police raided the dog owner's house. Before the police could arrive, the dog owner fled with the pitbull.On Thursday, Ishwarchand's 20-year-old son Deepak Sharma was going somewhere when a pitbull dog attacked him on the way. The pitbull caught Deepak's right hand. Hearing his scream, the villagers and the dog's owner reached the spot. They saved Deepak after a lot of effort. Deepak's brother Sachin has filed a complaint against the accused pitbull owner.

Police registered a case, the dog will be confiscated

The victim said that this dog belongs to Ayush. Police station in-charge Prashant Tyagi says that a case has been registered and raids have been conducted to arrest the accused. SDM Kamal Kishore Deshbhushan Kandarkar says that after talking to the Municipal Corporation, the banned breed of dog, Pitbull, will be confiscated.
