New Delhi: Pakistan President Asif Ali Zardari fractured his leg while getting off the plane. This incident happened on Wednesday night. Zardari got injured while getting off the plane at Dubai International Airport.

Pakistan's President's Office confirmed this on Thursday night. According to the statement of the President's Office, he was taken to the hospital after the fall. Doctors have put a plaster on his leg after examination. According to the doctors, the plaster will remain on it for a month. However, there is no danger.

Doctors advised to take rest

After applying plaster, doctors have sent President Asif Ali Zardari home. He has also been advised to take complete rest. According to Pakistani newspaper Dawn, Asif Ali Zardari has faced many health problems in the past as well. In March last year, he had also undergone surgery on one of his eyes in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

In 2022, he was admitted to Dr. Ziauddin Hospital in Karachi for a week. At that time Zardari was suffering from chest infection. However, Zardari's personal doctor and close aide Dr. Asim Hussain wrote on the social media platform X that Zardari's health is good. PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto is the son of Asif Ali Zardari.
