Peshawar. Five terrorists were killed in a military operation in Pakistan's Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province on Sunday. Two Pakistani army soldiers, including a captain, also lost their lives in the encounter. In this province, a bus going from Drazinda to Dera Ismail Khan was burned by Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) terrorists and the passengers were tortured.
The Pakistan Army launched an operation based on intelligence information in Hassan Khel area, about 35 km west of Peshawar district. The army killed five terrorists and injured three. Pakistan Army's media wing ISPR has said that terrorists were reported to be in the area.
The terrorists stopped the bus and forcibly took the passengers off
On the other hand, TTP terrorists stopped the bus in Darban Tehsil and forcibly took off the passengers. First the terrorists tortured the passengers and then threatened them for supporting the government. After burning the bus completely, the TTP terrorists fled from the spot.
