Actress Manisha Koirala's name is taken with respect in the world of cinema. In the year 1989, she started acting with the Nepali film Feri Bhetaula. After this, Manisha entered Bollywood with the movie 'Saudagar' in 1991. She is known for her brilliant acting in Hindi and Tamil films. Actress Manisha Koirala has recalled her first meeting with Big B. In an interview given to Pinkvilla, she told that her aunt and everyone have been fans of Amitabh Bachchan. In her childhood, she never missed any of his or Hindi cinema's films. The actress recalled an incident, 'When Amitabh went to Nepal for the shooting of a film, she was very young and she pushed through the crowd to get a glimpse of him.' The actress later narrated this incident to Amitabh as well.

Manisha Koirala had not thought much about acting earlier, because she comes from a political family. Perhaps later acting chose her by itself.
