Aim for 150 minutes of moderate aerobic exercise per week or 75 minutes of vigorous exercise per week. Exercise lowers estrogen levels and aids in weight control.

Limit or avoid drinking alcohol

Several studies have indicated a link between drinking alcohol and the risk of breast cancer. To avoid this, do not consume more than one drink of alcohol daily.

Quit smoking

Tobacco use is also linked to many deadly diseases like breast cancer. It also causes many other harms. In such a situation, seek help to quit smoking to improve your general health.

Breast Feeding

If possible, breastfeed your children. If children are breastfed for 1.5 to 2 years, the risk of breast cancer can be reduced slightly.
