New Delhi. After giving relief to home buyers in Amrapali's stalled projects in Noida-Greater Noida, NBCC is working on new residential projects worth ten thousand crore rupees. With the help of these projects, the dream of up to eight thousand people in Noida and Greater Noida to own a home can be fulfilled.

NBCC will be in a position to pay the authority's dues on Amrapali

NBCC is preparing the final design and building plan of the new residential projects, which will be sent to Greater Noida Authority for approval. Greater Noida Authority has given in-principle consent to give NBCC an additional FAR of 3.5 and with the help of this, this government company wants to repay its entire debt as well as arrange money for other projects. With this, it will also be in a position to repay the authority's dues on Amrapali.

Houses can be built on unused land in five projects

The additional FAR that NBCC has received in Greater Noida has given it the opportunity to build houses on unused land in five projects. NBCC CMD KP Mahadev Swami said that preparations are being made to build five new projects in Tech Zone-4 of Greater Noida. These include Centurion Park, Golf Homes, Leisure Park, Leisure Valley and Dream Valley projects.

According to Swamy, NBCC has already sold the unused land in Princely Estate in Noida. Similarly, the vacant plot in Silicon City has been marked for a new project. However, permission from the authority has not been received for this yet.

Amrapali's stuck projects will be completed next year

According to Swamy, the work in Amrapali's stuck projects will be completed by March next year in any case. With the work going on in these projects under the supervision of the Supreme Court, the desire of people to have their own house is being fulfilled, albeit after years of delay. So far, more than 20,500 flats have been completed in more than thirty projects. Swamy said that 6300 units have been sold so far.
