Starlink approved by Bangladesh

But now Mohammad Yunus has started coaxing Donald Trump. He has given a big gift to Donald Trump's close friend Elon Musk. Elon Musk's Starlink has got the green signal in Bangladesh.

 

Permission for operation received from BIDA

According to media reports, Bangladesh Investment Development Authority (BIDA) has given formal approval to Starlink. The company can now start internet service in Bangladesh. Elon Musk's company Starlink provides satellite internet service. It is owned by SpaceX.

 

Green signal received on 29 March

In a press conference, Chowdhury Ashiq Mahmud Bin Harun, Executive Chairman of BIDA and Bangladesh Economic Zones Authority, said that we had approved Starlink on the 29th of last month. Talks have also taken place between Mohammad Yunus and Elon Musk in the month of February.

 

It is believed that after the arrival of Starlink, high speed internet will be available in remote areas of Bangladesh. Apart from this, revolutionary changes are expected in the field of business, health, disaster management and education.

 

Starlink also registered itself

Ashik Mahmud said that Starlink has registered itself with BIDA. It is mandatory for any foreign company to get approval from BIDA before working in Bangladesh. Ashik Mahmud said that the company will soon file an application for a non-geostationary orbit (NGSO) license. The application will be approved if it meets the rules. After this, there will be no ban on the operation of Starlink in Bangladesh.
