Chhindwara.  A heart-wrenching incident took place in Chhindwara, Madhya Pradesh. 8 people of a tribal family were murdered in village Bodal Kachhar under police station Mahuljhir in the tribal dominated area of ​​Chhindwara district. The accused also committed suicide by hanging himself after the murder. 

A child escaped to save his life 

The deceased include the wife and family members of the accused. The accused had also attacked one of the brother's children, but he escaped to save his life and informed the police. According to the information, all the people lived in nearby houses.

The accused was mentally deranged: Police 

According to the police, the accused is said to be mentally deranged. It is also being investigated whether he was a drug addict or not. The incident is said to have taken place at 3 o'clock in the night. It is said that the accused had a dispute with his wife. This incident happened during the dispute.

After the incident, the bodies of the dead people were scattered in the house. Police reached the spot and are sending the bodies for postmortem.

The accused got married on 21st May 

The accused first chopped his wife with an axe, then killed his mother, sister, brother, sister-in-law, nephews and nieces. SP Manish Khatri said that the accused got married on 21 May. The accused is mentally deranged.

The accused killed his mother (55), brother (35), sister-in-law (30), sister (16), nephew (5) and two nieces (4 and one-and-a-half years old).
