Monthly Durgashtami auspicious yoga

According to the Hindu calendar, on the monthly Durgashtami i.e. 14th July, Vijay Muhurat will be from 02:45 pm to 03:40 pm. At the same time, Amrit Kaal Muhurat will be from 12:28 pm to 02:17 pm. Along with this, Abhijit Muhurat will be from 11:59 am to 12:54 pm.

Monthly Durgashtami Puja Vidhi

The fasting person should wake up early in the morning and take a bath. Clean your house and temple before starting the puja rituals. Take an altar and place the idol of Goddess Durga on it. Perform the Abhishekam of the Goddess. Apply a tilak of kumkum to her. Light a lamp of desi ghee and offer a hibiscus flower to Maa Durga. Offer white sweets, dry fruits and five seasonal fruits. Chant various Devi mantras to please the Goddess.

Also, recite Durga Saptashati to get relief from troubles. Apart from this, go to Durga temple and offer makeup items and take her blessings.
