Mahalaxmi Vrat 2024 Date and Shubh Muhurat
According to the Panchang, the Ashtami date of Shukla Paksha of Bhadrapada month will start on September 10 (Mahalakshmi Vrat 2024 Shubh Muhurat) at 11:11 pm. At the same time, this date will end on September 11 at 11:46 pm. In such a situation, the Mahalakshmi fast will start from September 11. At the same time, the Ashtami date of Krishna Paksha of Ashwin month is falling on September 24. The fast will end on this day.
Method of worship of Mahalaxmi fast
On the day of Mahalakshmi Vrat Puja, wake up early in the morning and clean the temple after taking a bath. Install the idol of Maa Lakshmi on the pedestal. Bathe Maa Lakshmi with Panchamrit and worship her as per the rituals . After this, offer red thread, betel nut, coconut, sandalwood, flowers, whole rice, fruits etc. Offer sixteen items of makeup to Maa Lakshmi. Light a lamp and perform aarti and recite Maa Lakshmi Chalisa and chant mantras. In the end, offer fruits, sweets, buckwheat flour pakodas and sago kheer.
