Maha Kumbh 2025 Traffic Advisory: Every day lakhs of devotees are reaching Maha Kumbh from every corner of the country. On Mauni Amavasya, ten crore devotees are expected to reach Sangan Nagari. In view of the huge crowd of devotees in the fair, the fair police has taken a big decision. Under which now all vehicle passes will be ineffective in the Maha Kumbh area from January 25 to February 3. During this time, the Maha Kumbh area has been kept as a no vehicle zone.
The Mela police has taken this step in view of the crowd gathering in Maha Kumbh and public safety. Keeping in mind the large number of vehicles arriving, the police has made necessary route diversions for traffic management. So that the system in Maha Kumbh is not affected and the devotees can reach the Mela area comfortably.
The Maha Kumbh area will be a no vehicles zone.
Changes have also been made in the arrangements for reaching the media center and the international media center. Under this, media personnel have been ordered to park their vehicles at a nearby parking lot. After which they should follow the GPS location to proceed from the media center. According to the police, it is necessary to follow these instructions for the convenience and safety of the devotees.
There is a lot of enthusiasm among the people regarding Maha Kumbh. In such a situation, a large number of people are reaching Sangam city. Mauni Amavasya is on January 29 and Vasant Panchami festival is on February 3. Both these days are very special in terms of holy bath in Maha Kumbh. Ten crore devotees are expected to come to Prayagraj on Mauni Amavasya. Due to this, managing the traffic remains a big challenge for the administration. In view of which a decision has been taken by the traffic police. The administration is also making preparations on a war footing. So that the devotees do not have to face any kind of problem.
