Bengaluru: Karnataka Deputy Chief Minister DK Shivakumar on Thursday accused political opponents of practicing black magic. He said he had credible information that Aghoris were performing yagna at a secluded spot near the Rajarajeswari temple in Kerala.

He said, this ritual is being performed against me and Chief Minister Siddaramaiah and to destabilize the Congress government. This ritual is called 'Raja Kantak' and 'Maran Mohan Stambhan' Yagna. Shivkumar said that those who participated in the ritual have informed about this incident.

Shivkumar said this

He said animals were being sacrificed for black magic through Aghoris. When asked if BJP or JDS leaders were carrying out the rituals, Shivakumar said, "I know who is carrying out these rituals. I have no problem. The power I believe in will protect me."

Congress MLAs will hold a meeting in Bengaluru on June 2

 

When asked to name the persons who performed such rituals, Shivakumar said that the media should investigate instead of pressuring him to reveal the names. Shivakumar informed that there will be a meeting of MLAs in Bengaluru on June 2. He said that party affairs and MLC elections will be discussed in the meeting.
