People are making many plans to make the New Year celebrations memorable. In such a situation, Kanpur Police has prepared a route plan keeping in mind the convenience of the people. 

Kanpur Police has made a special plan so that common people do not face any problem while going to their destination on New Year. The reason for this is that many parties are to be organized in Kanpur on New Year at many places including party lawns, discos, etc., so a traffic advisory has been issued to keep the traffic running smoothly. 

Kanpur City Traffic Advisory:
Which routes have been diverted by Kanpur Police on the occasion of New Year? Apart from this, in view of heavy traffic, on which roads will the movement of heavy vehicles and other vehicles be restricted? Let's find out.

1. Under the changed traffic route in the city, no big vehicle will be able to go towards ISKCON temple via Singhpur crossing. For this, they will be able to go to their destination via Kalyanpur.

2. There will be a ban on the entry of big vehicles into the city from the side of Ganga Barrage. In this sequence, the police has banned the entry of big vehicles from the border of Unnao district. There will be no parking of vehicles here for those visiting Ganga Barrage for the New Year celebrations.

3. Vehicle parking facility has been provided for going towards Ganga Barrage from Company Bagh Square, in which people will be able to park their vehicles in an empty plot on the road near Karbala Mosque, before Atal Ghat. 

4. Vehicles going from Meghdoot Tiraha to Bada Chauraha will be banned. Such vehicles will be able to reach their destination by going from Meghdoot Tiraha, Sarasaiya Ghat to Chetna Chauraha and then reaching Z Square.

5. All types of e-rickshaws and autos coming from Carset Square, Sadbhavna Square, Kotwali Square will not be able to go beyond Naveen Market.

6. Entry of big vehicles will be banned from Mainavati Marg Tiraha towards ISKCON Temple. Apart from this, they will have to travel from Gurudev Square via Kalyanpur to their destination.

7. Vehicles going from Kotwali Square towards Naveen Market, Muir Mill Square towards Z Square Mall will not be able to go towards Bad Square. For this, they will have to go ahead from Thaggu's Laddu Mid near Naveen Market via Kachheri.

Police personnel will be on alert.
The traffic police has prepared a new route plan for those who leave their homes to celebrate the New Year. This order will be effective from 31 December to late night on 1 January. Traffic restrictions will not cause any hindrance to anyone's New Year celebrations. 

Under the leadership of Kanpur Police Commissioner Akhil Kumar, instructions have been given to effectively operate the traffic advisory in the entire city. During this time, police personnel will be seen ready to make people follow traffic rules and guide the common man.
