Pilibhit. Jitin Prasad, Union Minister of State for Commerce, Industry, Electronics and Information Technology in the Prime Minister Narendra Modi Cabinet, took charge at the Ministry of Information Technology in Delhi on Tuesday morning. During this, he received formal introduction from the officials working in the ministry.
Jitin Prasada reached the Ministry of Information Technology at around 9:30 am on Tuesday. Secretary of the Ministry of Information Technology, IAS S Krishnan welcomed the Union Minister of State.
During this, in a brief conversation with journalists, Union Minister of State Jitin Prasad expressed his gratitude to Prime Minister Narendra Modi for giving him important responsibility.
Jitin Prasad said that the Ministry of Information Technology is very important for today's era, especially for the young generation. This is also the resolution of the Prime Minister. The Prime Minister has had a tenure of ten years for India. It is a matter of good fortune for him that the Ministry of Information Technology has also got a place in taking his track record forward.
