Gaza. Israel Hamas war:  The war between Israel and Hamas has not stopped since it began in October. At least 14 Palestinians were killed in Israeli air strikes in the northern Gaza Strip on Saturday. Security and medical sources told the media on Saturday that Israeli jets bombed a house in the Jabalia refugee camp, killing a journalist, his wife, his two children and his mother. 

Bombing of residential areas

Israeli fighter jets also targeted another house in the Zarqa area, north of Gaza City, killing two people and wounding others, sources said, according to news agency Xinhua. According to sources, jets bombed a residential house in the al-Saftawi area of ​​northern Gaza, killing seven people, including children and women.

Seven people including Syrian children injured in Lebanon

Seven people, including four displaced Syrian children, were injured in Israeli air strikes in different areas of southern Lebanon. Israeli drones and warplanes carried out an airstrike on a house in the southeastern village of Houla, injuring three civilians, destroying three houses and damaging eight others, Lebanese military sources told the media. 

Air and artillery shelling of the refugee camp

Air and artillery shelling continues to hit the areas of Rafah and Khan Younis in the south of the Gaza Strip and the Nuseirat refugee camp in the central Gaza Strip. However, the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) said in a statement on Saturday that its operational activity in the enclave continues. IDF troops have continued "precise, intelligence-based operational activity" in the Rafah area and conducted operations in central Gaza, carrying out targeted raids on infrastructure sites in the area.

On Saturday, Gaza-based health officials said in a statement that during the past 24 hours, Israeli forces killed 37 Palestinians and wounded 54 others, bringing the death toll since October 2023 to 38,919, while 89,622 were injured.
