Leading IT company Infosys has announced the results for the quarter ended December 2024. The company has informed that in the third quarter (Q3) of FY 2025, the company's profit has increased to Rs 6806 crore, while a profit of Rs 6753 crore was estimated in the CNBC-TV18 poll. In the quarter ended September 2024, the company had registered a profit of Rs 6506 crore. This increase in the company's profit on a quarterly basis is 4.6 percent. In the December quarter, the company's income stood at Rs 41764 crore while the market had estimated an income of Rs 41,281 crore.

Infosys has informed that the company's income in the quarter ended December 2024 increased to Rs 41764 crore, which is an increase of 1.8 percent from Rs 40986 crore in the previous quarter. In the December quarter, the company's EBIT has increased to Rs 8912 crore, which was Rs 8,649 crore in the previous quarter (Q2). The company's EBIT margin has increased from 21.1 percent quarter-on-quarter to 21.3 percent.

Revenue guidance increased to 4.5-5 percent Infosys has increased its revenue guidance for FY 2025 from 3.75-4.5 percent to 4.5-5 percent. While the margin guidance remains at 20-22 percent. The company has reported a total contract value of $250 million. While the company's attrition rate has increased from 12.9 percent quarter-on-quarter to 13.7 percent. Share performance Infosys shares closed 1.52 per cent lower at Rs 1,920.05 on Thursday. The company's stock has seen a growth of 17.68 per cent in the last one year.
