New Delhi. In the last few years, China's relations with India have not been good due to its actions. After the clash in Galwan Valley, India adopted a tough stand and banned trade relations and travel with China. At the same time, now China itself is pleading that the Indian government should start direct flights to China again.

India said no to China

Regarding this, officials said that China is pressuring India to resume direct passenger flights after four years, but the Indian government has taken a tough stand and said no to China.

Let us tell you that in June 2020, the biggest military confrontation took place on the disputed Himalayan border, after which India-China relations are tense, 20 Indian soldiers and four Chinese soldiers were killed here.

India had banned hundreds of Chinese apps

Since the clash, India has barred Chinese companies from investing in the country and banned hundreds of popular apps, including popular apps like TikTok.

China's Foreign Ministry told Reuters in a statement last week that it hopes the Indian side will work with China in the same direction to resume direct flights as soon as possible, adding that resuming flights would be in the interest of both countries.
