Samajwadi Party MLA Atul Pradhan was taken away by the marshals on the orders of Speaker Satish Mahana. Now the video of this entire incident is going viral. Actually, after 1 pm in the assembly, Atul Pradhan was speaking under Rule 56 on the issue of health, hospitals and medicines in the state. After he spoke, Health Minister Brajesh Pathak stood up to answer.
Meanwhile, sloganeering started from the opposition. Amidst the slogans, Parliamentary Affairs Minister Suresh Khanna stood up and told the Chair that this is unparliamentary. There should be intervention in this.
On this, the speaker told the opposition that such language will not be used. It will not be written. Even after this, the sloganeering of the opposition continued. Then the speaker said that Atul Pradhan, I will throw you out. You are the first one to create a ruckus. I point to Atul Pradhan, throw him out. He will be thrown out for the entire session.
Showing his furious form in the House, the Speaker said that if you use such language then you will have to listen from the other side. I have already said that if the minister gives any wrong information then he will be removed from the proceedings. If you use this language then you will have to be ready to hear it every day. After Atul Pradhan was expelled, the Parliamentary Affairs Minister said that this language is not acceptable Sir. After this, the Speaker adjourned the proceedings of the House till 2.30 pm.
