UP News: The matter of issuing notice for demolition of houses of Bahraich violence accused has now reached the Human Rights Commission. National and Uttar Pradesh Human Rights Commission have filed a complaint in this matter late last night. It is expected that the Human Rights Commission may intervene in this matter in the next twenty four hours.

Allahabad High Court advocate and social activist Dr. Gajendra Singh Yadav has filed a complaint in the National and State Human Rights Commission and has requested for intervention in this matter. If the commission intervenes in this matter, then the bulldozer action can be stopped.

In the complaint, the notice of demolition of the house has been described as a violation of the fundamental rights and human rights given in the Constitution and an appeal has been made to take action against the Tehsildar-SDM and DM responsible for building the house. It has been said in the complaint that illegal construction has taken place in the entire town, but notices have been pasted only on the houses of the accused at the place of violence and taking action against the accused by considering them rioters or criminals without any hearing or investigation is a direct attack on human rights.

Arbitrary decision is a violation of human rights

Along with this, it is also a violation of the principles of natural justice. It has been said that such an arbitrary decision is a direct violation of the fundamental rights and human rights given in the Constitution. In the complaint of High Court advocate Dr. Gajendra Singh Yadav, it has been said that it is not at all appropriate to consider the people of the place where the violence took place as accused or rioters, because in such cases, usually outsiders take the law in their own hands and create chaos.

At the same time, no house should be demolished until the accused are proven guilty or without fully following the prescribed procedure for removing the encroachment of the house. There should be no discrimination in the matter of pasting notices and demolishing the house.

Demand to stop the action of house demolition

The National and Uttar Pradesh Human Rights Commission have been asked to intervene in this matter and immediately stop the demolition of the house. It has been said that whatever action is taken should be done after following the complete procedure and there should be no discrimination of any kind in this.

Human Rights Commission may intervene on Monday

Discrimination is being done openly in the Bahraich incident. Advocate Dr. Gajendra Singh Yadav, who filed the complaint, has done PhD in cases related to police encounter and custodial death. Human Rights Commission may intervene on this complaint of Gajendra Singh Yadav on Monday.
