New Delhi. TV's most popular actress Hina Khan surprised everyone last month by sharing the news of her cancer. The actress told in a long post that she is in the third stage of breast cancer and she is undergoing treatment for it.

After this news, the actress has become very active on social media and is constantly sharing her health updates with her fans. Now once again Hina has shared her new picture on Instagram, in which she is seen looking outside the window.

TV's 'Akshara' i.e. Hina Khan  has been battling breast cancer for some time now. The actress is sharing information on social media every moment so that her fans do not get worried. In this photo, the actress is seen looking at the sky outside the hospital window wearing a green colored T-shirt and in the caption she wrote - 'Hain Na' and made a heart emoji.

Apart from this, she also made her Bollywood debut. Recently it was revealed that Hina was dropped from a big project due to cancer.
