Hapur News: The incidents of theft in Hapur district of Uttar Pradesh are not stopping. Every day thieves are targeting houses and shops here. Last night also thieves targeted the house of a constable. From here the thieves stole jewellery worth about 9.5 lakh rupees, cash worth one lakh and other items. After the incident, the police have registered an FIR of theft and are searching for the thieves.

According to the information, the family of constable Dhirendra Kumar posted in Baghpat district lives in Chandralok Colony of Hapur. Dhirendra Kumar told in the complaint given to the police station that he was posted on duty, while his wife Pooja and two children Pari and Sanchi went to their grandmother's house in village Dahirpur on January 7. According to Dhirendra, his father-in-law Amarpal Singh came to the house on January 9 and after staying for one night, went back on January 10. Last evening, when his wife Pooja returned home with her children, she was shocked to see the scene inside. All the things kept in the house were in disarray. All the locks of the trunk and cupboard were broken. According to Dhirendra, the thieves stole 140 grams of gold, four kg silver and cash worth one lakh rupees worth about 9.5 lakh rupees from his house. The police have registered a case on the basis of Dhirendra Kumar's complaint.

Police engaged in search of thieves 
Hapur CO City Jitendra Sharma said that Head Constable Dhirendra Kumar living in Chandralok Colony of Hapur has informed the police about theft in his house. He has told that thieves have stolen about 140 grams of gold and four kilograms of silver from his house. The entire matter is being investigated. Police has been put on the lookout for the thieves. The incident will be disclosed soon.
