HDFC AMC has released its second quarter results. The company has informed that both its profit and income have increased by more than 30 percent compared to last year. According to the released data, the company's profit has increased by more than 32 percent and income by about 38 percent compared to last year. In today's trading, the company's stock has seen a sharp rise and in the last hour of trading, the stock reached a new record level. In Tuesday's trading, the stock closed at 4560 with a gain of 1.72 percent.

How were the quarterly results?

 

The company has informed that its consolidated profit has increased from Rs 436 crore to Rs 577 crore as compared to last year. That is, there has been an increase of 32.33 percent. At the same time, consolidated income has increased from Rs 643 crore to Rs 887 crore, that is, the income has increased by 37.94 percent on a year-on-year basis. The company's asset under management has increased by 7.5 percent to Rs 7.58 lakh crore as compared to the previous quarter. In the second quarter, the equity market share remained unchanged at 12.9 percent. Debt market shares have increased from 13.3 percent to 13.5 percent. Liquid market shares have increased from 12 percent to 12.1 percent. How was the stock performance? In Tuesday's trading, the company's stock reached a new high of the year at 4603 just before the results. However, as soon as the company released the figures, the stock saw a decline and the stock came down to the level of 4500. At the end of the trading, the stock recovered a bit and closed at the level of 4560. It gained 1.72 percent compared to the previous closing level.
