In case the dividend is approved by the board, October 22, 2024 will be the record date.

The company has announced dividend twice this year so far. The company has given an interim dividend of Rs 18 with an ex-date of May 7, 2024, while the second dividend of Rs 12 per share with an ex-date of July 23, 2024 has been given. That is, the company has so far given a dividend of Rs 30 in this financial year. In Tuesday's trading, HCL Tech's stock closed with a slight increase at 1812.7. During trading, the stock reached the level of 1828.6, which is also the highest level of the stock for the year.
 

Along with this, Jindal Worldwide on Tuesday informed that in the 38th AGM held on Monday, a dividend of Rs 0.2 per share has been announced for the financial year 2023-24. According to the company, this dividend will be paid within the time limit prescribed under the rules. On the other hand, Conart Engineers has informed that the shareholders of the company have approved the proposal of stock split in the 50th AGM. According to the proposal, a share with a face value of Rs 10 will be divided into 2 shares with a face value of Rs 5 each.
