Gaya News: In Bihar's Nalanda, criminals shot an auto driver to death in broad daylight. The incident took place on Thursday near Saidwarhi village of Chandi police station area. The miscreants shot and killed auto driver Dharamveer Yadav. After this incident, panic has spread in the entire area. The deceased Dharamveer Yadav was a resident of Gopi Bigha village of Chandi police station area. On Thursday, he was returning home after hearing a case from Hilsa court.

The accident happened while returning home from the court

It is being told that for the last eight-ten years, the divorce case between Dharamveer Yadav and his wife was going on in the court, and it was the day of the final hearing. While returning from the court, when he reached near Saidwarhi village, the criminals who were already waiting in ambush opened fire on him. As soon as Dharamveer was shot, he fell on the ground and died on the spot.

After committing the crime, the criminals fled from the spot. On receiving information from the local people, Chandi police station reached the spot and sent the body for post-mortem. The police conducted a thorough investigation of the crime scene and also scanned the footage of CCTV cameras installed in the area. Hilsa DSP Sumit Kumar said that the auto driver has received two bullet injuries in the head and shoulder. The matter is being investigated seriously. He said that the criminals will be identified and arrested soon.
