Mika Singh On Bollywood Couple: Bollywood singer Mika Singh is often in the limelight for some reason or the other. Mika Singh has given many superhit songs in his career. Recently, he talked about the 'Dangerous' series which came in the year 2020. He produced this show himself. This was his first film project, which he wanted to make in a safe way. So he thought of working with 'Raj' film director Vikram Bhatt and chose the script written by him and also included his entire team. However, later this project became like a nightmare for him.
Wanted to do casting according to the budget
The makers had cast Karan Singh Grover in the 'Dangerous' series, after which Mika Singh wanted to cast a new face according to the budget. He wanted a new actress for the show. While talking on the podcast Kadak, Mika Singh said, 'I wanted to cast Karan Singh Grover and a new girl, so that the series could be made within the budget and we could make something good, but Bipasha Basu jumped into it and said that both of us can be a part of this series. It came within the budget, but the experience has been very bad.'
There was a lot of trouble in the shooting because of the couple
He further told that Bipasha and Karan created a lot of problems during the shooting. Because of the couple, the shooting schedule had to be extended, in which he had invested a lot of money. Mika Singh said, 'I took a team of 50 people to London for a month's schedule. But, the shooting continued for two months. Karan and Bipasha created a lot of drama. They were a married couple, so I booked a room for them. But, they said no, we want separate rooms. I did not understand their point. Then they demanded to shift to a different hotel. We did that too.'
The couple did drama on the set
Mika said that apart from the hotel rooms, both of them used to create drama while shooting scenes. He said, 'When we were shooting a stunt scene, Karan's leg got fractured. They also created problems during the dubbing of the film. Both of them were making excuses, sometimes about sore throat and sometimes for other things.
Was refused to do kissing scene
Not only this, Mika Singh told that Bipasha and Karan refused to do the kissing scene even though it was the demand of the script and they had signed a contract in which it was clearly written that there will be a kissing scene in the script. He said, 'They are husband and wife and yet they made a drama about kissing each other on screen. The singer told that such a bad experience forced him to quit film making completely. He also advised the producers that if they want to make a film then please give a chance to newcomers.
