1. Eat some seasonal fruit in the morning. In this season, many fruits like watermelon, mango, litchi, sweet lime, sapota, pineapple are available. All are beneficial, but try to eat juicy fruits as it also keeps the body hydrated.
2. Eat curd and rice instead of very spicy dal and vegetables in lunch. Consumption of curd keeps the stomach cool in summer and keeps away problems like indigestion, gas, acidity . Enjoy this healthy lunch with pickle and papad.
3. Take a spoonful of Gulkand and mix it in a glass of water. Mix both the things well and drink it slowly. Instead of throwing the Gulkand left at the bottom of the glass, chew it and eat it. You have to adopt this remedy after eating. It improves the quality of sleep , relaxes the body and also cures stomach problems.
