Emami Ltd has announced the results for the second quarter of the financial year 2025. The company has also announced dividend along with the results. The company said that in the quarter ended September 2024, the company's profit has increased to Rs 212.7 crore, which was Rs 178.5 crore in the same quarter a year ago. This increase in the company's profit is 19 percent. The company's income has also seen a growth of 3 percent, which has increased from Rs 865 crore year-on-year to Rs 890.6 crore.
The company's EBITDA grew 7 per cent to Rs 250.6 crore in the September quarter from Rs 234 crore in the same quarter a year ago. The company's EBITDA margin has increased from 27 per cent to 28 per cent year-on-year. Emami is an FMCG company that manufactures and sells personal and healthcare products.
Dividend announcement The company said in an exchange filing that it has also announced an interim dividend of Rs 4 (400%) for investors. The company has said that the record date for the interim dividend has been fixed as November 18, 2024. Stock performance The company's stock closed with a decline on Thursday, falling 1.55 per cent to Rs 674.90. In the last one year, the company's stock has seen a gain of 31.82 per cent. The 52-week high of the stock is Rs 860.
