The company informed in the exchange filing that the Board of Directors of Ksolves India Limited is scheduled to meet on March 25, 2025. The company said that the third interim dividend for the financial year 2024-25 will be recommended and announced in the meeting. The company said that if the dividend is declared, its record date will be March 25, 2025.
