Rajasthan News: Prime Minister Narendra Modi is scheduled to present a chadar at the dargah of Khwaja Moinuddin Chishti in Ajmer on Saturday , but before that, Hindu Sena has filed a petition in the Ajmer District Court demanding an immediate ban on the chadar being presented by PM Modi.
The Hindu Sena's petition against the Prime Minister sending a chaadar to Ajmer Sharif Dargah will be heard on Saturday (January 4) at 10 am. The hearing will be held in the court of Ajmer Civil Judge Manmohan Chandel. In fact, Vishnu Gupta, who claims Khwaja's dargah to be a Shiva temple, says that sending a chaadar by the Prime Minister will affect our case, so sending chaadar should be stopped immediately.
Tight security arrangements in Ajmer
Let us tell you that Union Minister Kiran Rijiju will present the chaadar sent by Prime Minister Narendra Modi at the Dargah Sharif of Khwaja Moinuddin Chishti in Ajmer on January 4. Before that, the district administration is on alert in Ajmer and tight security arrangements have been made. Ajmer Divisional Commissioner Mahesh Chandra Sharma said that the district administration and the police administration have made excellent arrangements so that there is no inconvenience.
Ajmer Range DIG Omprakash Meghwal said that about five thousand policemen have been deployed here. The security arrangements will be monitored with CCTV cameras and drones. All preparations have been completed in view of the arrival of Union Minister Kiren Rijiju.
Rijiju reached Nizamuddin Dargah with a chadar.
Earlier, Union Minister Kiren Rijiju reached Nizamuddin Dargah on Friday morning with the chadar sent by Prime Minister Narendra Modi for the dargah of Khwaja Gareeb Nawaz in Ajmer. Here he was welcomed by the people of the Dargah Committee. After paying homage at the Dargah, Parliamentary Affairs Minister and Minority Affairs Minister Kiren Rijiju spoke to the media. During this, he said, PM Modi has handed over the chadar for the Urs of Khwaja Gareeb Nawaz and today we have come to Nizamuddin Dargah with that. From here we will leave for Ajmer.
'PM's message is that there should be peace in the country'
He said, "I met everyone at the dargah and also prayed for the country. Prime Minister Modi's message is that there should be brotherhood in the country and peace should prevail. With this message, we are leaving for Ajmer today."
