According to the information, last night a show of Haryanvi singer Masoom Sharma was organised by the student organisation ABVP in Punjab University under the Scitron programme. During the show, a heated argument broke out between the youths of two groups, after which a youth of one group was attacked with a sharp weapon, who was identified as Aditya Thakur.
Police is investigating the matter
It is being told that Aditya Thakur, a resident of Himachal Pradesh, was a second year student of Teachers Training at Punjab University. Many other students were also injured in the clash that took place during the show of Haryanvi singer Masoom Sharma, who have been admitted to the hospital. At present, the police is busy investigating the matter.
