What to eat during Vighnaraja Sankashti Chaturthi fast?

On this day, after taking a bath in the morning, worship Lord Ganesha with a true heart and take a vow to fast. After this, offer the things dear to the Lord. Keep fast throughout the day and chant the name of the Lord. The fruit meal of the fast is taken after worship at night. Sweet potato, water chestnut, peanuts, sago tikki and milk and curd can be consumed during the fast. Apart from this, peanuts, fruits and sweets can also be included in the fruit diet.
