After a great recovery in the Nifty, the Indian stock market opened in the green on Tuesday. However, soon after the market opened, there was a rapid change in the trend. Nifty opened at 24832.20 with a gain of 36.40 points i.e. 0.15%. Sensex fell 223.44 points i.e. 0.28% to open at 80826.56. At the same time, Nifty Bank opened at 50736.10 with a fall of 257.20 points i.e. 0.51%.
At the same time, the stocks of Tata Steel, Hindalco Industries, Tata Motors, Power Grid and JSW Steel topped the list of Nifty's weakest stocks. These saw a decline of 1.6% to 3.24%.
