In the last few days, planes of various Indian airlines have been forced to make emergency landings after receiving bomb threats. In this sequence, some planes also received bomb threats on Saturday. According to information, more than 20 planes of different airlines received bomb threats on Saturday. Sources said that flights of Air India, Indigo, Akasa Air, Vistara, SpiceJet, Star Air and Alliance Air have received these threats. In such a situation, emergency landings of these planes were made. This included Indigo's flights from Delhi and Mumbai to Istanbul and Jodhpur to Delhi and Vistara's flights from Udaipur to Mumbai.
Bomb threats on more than 20 planes on Saturday
IndiGo has issued separate statements saying that it is aware of the situation related to flight 6E17 from Mumbai to Istanbul and flight 6E11 from Delhi to Istanbul. The company said that the airline is working closely with the concerned authorities. In such a situation, precautions are being taken as per all guidelines. In its second statement, the company said that there was a bomb threat in flight 6E184 flying from Jodhpur to Delhi. In such a situation, the plane has been landed. Vistara said that security concerns arose shortly before landing in flight number UK 624 from Udaipur to Mumbai.
So far 40 planes have received bomb threats
If sources are to be believed, from Saturday morning till the time of making the news, bombs were reported in more than 20 planes, which included planes of different companies. For the past few days, bombs are being reported continuously in planes. In a few days, bomb threats have been received in more than 40 flights operated by different aviation companies, after which the flight of the planes was either delayed or they were forced to land. However, when investigated, these threats were proved to be false. Let us tell you that the Indian government is also preparing to make a law regarding such threats.
