Bihar Public Service Commission: Bihar Public Service Commission has taken a big action regarding the rigging in the 70th PT exam. BPSC has banned 13 candidates. Controller of Examination Rajesh Kumar Singh gave this information in a press conference regarding the BPSC exam result. 

21786 candidates passed the 70th BPSC PT exam

Rajesh Kumar said that Bihar Public Service Commission will also take action against the officials responsible for the ruckus that happened during the examination in Bapu Examination Complex. Rajesh Kumar Singh said that 21786 candidates have passed in the 70th BPSC PT examination. The main examination will be held in the month of April, in the results that have come, 2149 candidates from EWS, 3295 from Scheduled Caste and 2793 from Backward Class have passed. 

Rajesh Kumar Singh said that many kinds of misconceptions were spread about the exam and it was said that the questions were very easy. 1.70 lakh people gave the wrong answer to the question asked about Shreyasi Singh, about which there was a discussion that easy questions were asked, even then so many people could not answer. Only one candidate was able to get 120 marks. No one above that passed. He said that there is a provision of 3 to 5 years of punishment for those who spread misconceptions by giving wrong news. 

Hearing on the demand for re-examination is going on in the High Court

Let us tell you that after the ruckus in the 70th BPSC examination, a petition was filed in Patna High Court demanding re-conduct of the examination. The High Court has not yet banned the examination, however, if irregularities are found in the examination, then all the decisions taken by the commission till now will be canceled. If irregularities are not proved in the court, then all the decisions of the commission will remain intact.
