Ayodhya Mosque trust: A big decision has been taken by the Sunni Central Waqf Board regarding the mosque to be built in Ayodhya. The Indo Islamic Cultural Foundation, formed for the construction of this mosque, has dissolved all its four sub-committees. This decision has been taken in view of the goal of raising funds from abroad. This will make it easier to get approval from abroad to collect funds for the construction of the mosque.

Giving information about this, IICF Chief Trustee Zufar Farooqui said that this decision has been taken in the board meeting on September 19, this will make the process of getting approval of FCRA i.e. Foreign Contribution Regulation Act easier. The trust has so far been able to earn only crores of rupees for the mosque to be built on the five acres allotted in Dhannipur, Ayodhya. Zufar Farooqui said that his focus is now on speeding up the process required for foreign contribution.

IICF dissolved four sub-committees.
In fact, on the country's most discussed Ayodhya case, the Supreme Court cleared the way for the construction of Ram Mandir on 9 November 2019, and also directed the Muslim side to allocate land for the construction of a mosque at another place. After this decision, land was given in Dhannipur for the construction of the mosque. But due to lack of funds, the construction work of this mosque has not started yet.

On the other hand, after the Supreme Court's decision, a grand Ram temple has been built in Ayodhya. On January 22, the consecration of Ram Lalla was also done by Prime Minister Narendra Modi . After the construction of Ram temple in Ayodhya , development work has been done on a large scale. IICF admitted that in the last four years, they have been able to collect only one crore rupees for the construction of the mosque.

Indo Islamic Cultural Foundation has dissolved its four sub-committees- Administrative Committee, Finance Committee, Development Committee, Mosque Mohammad Bin Abdullah and Media and Publicity Committee. They have also provided all the documents in this regard to the Central Government.
