Vicky Kaushal's Chhava is breaking the records of his own films. Chhava broke all the records of 'Uri: The Surgical Strike' and 'Raazi'.

Akshay Khanna played a negative role in the film

This Vicky Kaushal starrer film is becoming increasingly popular among Marathi audiences. The film has earned the most in the Hindi belt. Seeing the good performance, it was released in Telugu language on 7 March. Akshay Khanna has played the villain in this film. At the same time, the film is going to be released on OTT very soon. You will be able to watch it on the OTT platform on April 11.

The film completed 50 days at the box office

If we look at the collections week wise, this is the seventh week of Chhava at the box office. In the first week, the film collected Rs 219.25 crores. In the second week, this figure was Rs 180.25 crores, on the third day, the film collected Rs 84.05 crores. In the fourth week, this figure was Rs 55.95 crores, while in the fifth week it was Rs 33.35 crores and in the sixth week it came down to Rs 16.3 crores. In the seventh week, the total collection of the film was Rs 6.55 crores, out of which 6.53 crores was Hindi and two lakhs was Telugu collection. Directed by Laxman Utekar, this film has touched the figure of Rs 800 crores worldwide, while its earnings at the domestic box office have crossed Rs 600 crores.

The film gave a tough competition to Sikandar

Despite the release of Salman Khan's Sikandar, Chava has managed to pull the audience to the ticket window. During its release on Eid, Sikandar could not do anything special and it got mixed response from critics and audience. This benefited the action film tremendously. On one hand, fans had a lot of expectations from Sikandar. On the other hand, the film also got a good response in advance booking. However, at present, the condition of Bhaijaan's film is bad at the box office.
