The allotment of shares in the IPO (Initial Public Offering) of Arkade Developers is likely to be finalised on Friday, September 20. The public issue of the real estate company received a strong response during the bidding process from September 16 to September 19. The IPO of Arkade Developers was booked more than 106.83 times as investors placed bids for 254 crore shares on the last day as against 2.37 crore shares.

The IPO retail portion was subscribed 51.39 times, while the category reserved for non-institutional investors (NIIs) was booked 163.02 times. The category of qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) was booked 163.16 times and the employee category was oversubscribed 50.49 times.
