
Fasting is done on the Ekadashi date of Krishna and Shukla Paksha every month. According to the Panchang, Amalaki Ekadashi (Amalaki Ekadashi 2025) fast is observed on the Ekadashi date of Shukla Paksha of Falgun month, which is known as Rangbhari Ekadashi. On this special occasion, it is customary to worship Lord Vishnu and Mother Lakshmi methodically. In such a situation, reciting Parameshwar Stuti Stotra during worship on this day is considered auspicious. According to religious belief, reciting Parameshwar Stuti Stotra on Ekadashi Tithi pleases Lord Vishnu. Along with this, sorrow and troubles are removed.
How to recite God's praise hymn?
- On this day, wake up early in the morning and after taking a bath, start the puja.
- Light a lamp of desi ghee and perform the aarti of Lord Vishnu and Mother Lakshmi.
- Recite the hymn praising God with a true heart.
- Chant the mantras of Shri Hari and recite Vishnu Chalisa.
- Offer fruits, sweets and other things.
- In the end distribute Prasad among the people.
Amalaki Ekadashi 2025 Date and Shubh Muhurta
According to the Vedic calendar, the Ekadashi date of Krishna Paksha of Falgun month is starting on 09 March at 07:45 am and the date will end on the next day i.e. on 10 March at 07:44 am. Thus, Amalaki Ekadashi fast will be observed on 10 March.
