Actually the whole matter is of village Jaharoli of Tehsil Iglas of district Aligarh where on last Monday night a wild animal resembling a wolf attacked the villagers. Three people of the village were injured due to the attack by this animal. At the same time, a cow and a goat were also attacked by the wolf. This attack has created an atmosphere of terror in the village. The injured villagers say that they have been attacked by the wolf. If they were not alert, they could have lost their lives. But when there was noise in the village, the people of the village gathered. In a hurry, the villagers have started patrolling the village from late night, after which the village is being patrolled every day.

Villager Harendra Kumar, who was injured by the wolf's attack, while giving information, said that he was going to defecate, when an animal attacked him. But when he threw himself after the wolf, the wolf ran away. Siyaram, who was injured, says that he was sleeping at his home. In the night, the animal attacked him, an injured person and elderly Jagran in Jaharoli. It also attacked his wife who came after hearing her screams, somehow she saved her life. Ghanshyam Choudhary, who was sleeping at the tube-well, said that an animal with white eyes and a wolf-like mouth attacked him. He was saved because it got trapped in the mosquito net.

Sector Officer Forest Department Kuldeep Kumar says that the team is staying in the village. The inspection done on the spot has revealed that a jackal has attacked the villagers. It too looks like a wolf but is smaller in size than a wolf. Giving information about the entire matter, the forest department has said that the name of the wolf is being taken but no movement of the wolf has been seen in the village. Still, the forest department team is continuously engaged in the search, but the attack that has happened on them has been done by a jackal.
