Agra News: The story of a lawyer from Agra is completely different. The lawyer from Agra filed a case of his own kidnapping in the court and argued before the judge and finally got his culprits punished. The court, while giving its verdict in a 17-year-old kidnapping case, has sentenced 8 bandits to life imprisonment. While making the final arguments in the court, he got 8 robbers including the notorious dacoit Guddan Kachhi punished, which has brought a wave of happiness in the family. 

Actually the matter is of 10 January 2007, when Avinash Garg, Ravi Garg were sitting at a medical store in Kheragarh town and their 7 year old son Harsh was also present with them. Then suddenly the notorious criminal Guddan Kachhi reached the medical store with his companions and started kidnapping 7 year old Harsh at gunpoint. When the father Ravi Garg protested against the kidnapping of his son, he was shot, due to which he got injured. 

A case was filed against 14 miscreants.
After the kidnapping of 7-year-old Harsh, the police filed a case against 14 miscreants including the miscreant Guddan Kachhi. Agra Police and Madhya Pradesh Police conducted a joint operation to search for Harsh and when the miscreants were taking Harsh on a scooter to Shivpuri in Madhya Pradesh to change his location, the police surrounded the miscreants and freed Harsh. The police arrested 8 people including Guddan Kachhi and Rajkumar Kachhi and sent them to jail. 

Lawyer Harsh Garg tells that his testimony went on from 2014 to 2018. During this time Harsh Garg used to watch the entire proceedings of the court, his father was also a lawyer. He used to see the lawyers arguing inside the court and then the idea came that I can fight my case by becoming a lawyer myself. Harsh Garg passed law from Agra College in 2022 and registered himself in the bar counseling of 2023 and then the journey of getting his own criminals punished started. 

Fought the case himself and got the accused punished:
Becoming a lawyer, Harsh Garg fought his own case in the court and got life imprisonment for 8 people including dacoit Guddan Kachhi. Harsh Garg continuously participated in the court debates and kept telling the court the entire story of the crime committed against him. Finally the court verdict came on 17th September. Special Judge convicted Guddan Kachhi, Rajkumar Kachhi, Fateh Singh, Amar Singh, Bheekam Singh, Ram Prakash, Balveer and Rajesh in the kidnapping case and sentenced them to life imprisonment. There is a wave of happiness in the family seeing the dedication and success of the son.
