Hathras Stampede: Police has filed a 3200 page charge sheet in the stampede case during the satsang in Sikandrarao of Hathras. Baba Narayan Sakar Hari alias Bhole Baba alias Surajpal's name is not mentioned in the police charge sheet. In this, the officials of the committee that organized the satsang and others have been made accused. In the case of death of 121 people, police has made 11 people accused after 91 days of investigation.

On the other hand, opposition parties Samajwadi Party, Congress and BSP are raising questions about the police charge sheet. SP spokesperson Sumaiya Rana said that the government is working to save the main accused. Only the wrong people are being implicated. Along with this, Congress spokesperson Surendra Rajput said that small people are implicated, big people are let off, this is the government's work in every case. 

Mayawati raised questions on UP government

BSP supremo Mayawati posted on x and wrote - "The absence of the name of Surajpal Singh alias Bhole Baba in the charge sheet filed in connection with the death of 121 people, mostly women and children, in the satsang stampede incident that took place on July 2 in Hathras, UP, is anti-people politics, which proves that such people are protected by the state government, which is unfair. According to the media, 11 sevadars have been made accused in the charge sheet regarding this tragic incident of Sikandrarao, but is the government's silence about Baba Surajpal, as before, justified? Is it possible to prevent such incidents in the future with such a government attitude? The general public is worried." 

These people were made accused in the police charge sheet

BJP is not speaking on this matter and no statement has come from the party till now. Let us tell you that Dev Prakash Madhukar, Megh Singh, Mukesh Kumar, Manju Devi, Manju Yadav, Ram Ladayate, Upendra Singh, Sanju Kumar, Ram Prakash Shakya, Durvesh Kumar and Dalveer Singh have been made accused in the police charge sheet.

Bhole baba's name was not in the FIR

Women Manju Devi and Manju Yadav have got bail from the High Court, they are yet to be released after the paperwork. The name of Narayan Sakar Hari Bhole Baba alias Surajpal was not mentioned in the FIR registered in this incident. Charge sheet was given against the arrested accused except Sakar Hari. The court will hear the charge sheet filed on October 4. A case was registered against the main sevadar Dev Prakash Madhukar and others for culpable homicide, attempt to murder, causing serious injury, hostage taking, violation of prohibitory orders and hiding evidence.

The accident happened in a stampede during a satsang on July 2

Let us tell you that there was a stampede in the satsang of Saakar Hari alias Bhole Baba alias Surajpal in Mughaldhi Fullerai of Sikandrarao area on July 2. During this, a crowd of 2.5 lakh people was gathered in violation of the crowd of 80 thousand people. 121 people died in this accident, most of which were women.
