Lucknow. After Hapur SP Abhishek Verma, the government removed ASP Rajkumar Agarwal from his post late on Tuesday night and put him on waiting list. ASP Vineet Bhatnagar has been appointed in his place. According to sources, the policemen who had reached Rama Medical College in Hapur on a complaint had a dispute with the hospital management.

Shortly after this, the hospital premises were converted into a cantonment. Due to this action of the police in the hospital, the SP and ASP were immediately removed. The DGP Headquarters has summoned a detailed report of the entire incident from ADG Meerut Zone DK Thakur. Action can also be taken against other policemen in the case.

There could be a bigger action

Hapur SP and ASP were removed from their posts on Tuesday night and put on waiting list. It is clear from this that the government has taken the dispute in the hospital very seriously. After this, a detailed report of the entire case has been sought from ADG Zone. When all the facts come to light, the scope of action in the case can be further expanded.

There was an altercation with the hospital management 

It was told that the policemen had reached the medical college on the complaint made against the hospital regarding the treatment of a patient on UP 112. There a sub-inspector had an altercation with the hospital management, after which the matter started getting serious. After some time the ASP reached the hospital with a large number of police force.

SP and ASP were removed

The hospital management had accused the police officers and personnel of misbehavior and had strongly objected to excessive police force being sent to the hospital. A complaint was made at the government level. After the matter came to the notice of senior officials, the SP and ASP were removed.
