UP News: A case of rape of a girl has come to light in the capital Lucknow where a young man raped her by taking her to a hotel in the name of getting her work in a Bhojpuri film. In this case, the girl has lodged an FIR against three people named Vipin Singh, Vinayam Singh and Himanshu Singh. Out of these, Vipin Singh had called the victim to Lucknow, when Vipin committed this heinous act, his companions were also present. Vipin had called the victim to Lucknow in the name of getting her work in a song in a Bhojpuri film.

The girl was called to a hotel and raped

In the complaint given by the victim, she told that she had come to Lucknow to meet her friend. She had befriended Vipin on Instagram. The victim is a resident of Kanpur and she had come from Kanpur to Lucknow to meet Vipin. During this time, the boy introduced the victim to two of his other friends. According to the complaint of the victim, Himanshu had called her to a hotel in Matiyari of Chinhat area, where she was raped, this incident happened on 28 August.

FIR lodged against three people, two accused arrested

In this case, DCP East Shashank Singh has given a statement saying that on September 1, a 23-year-old girl has lodged an FIR in Chinhat police station. In which she has said that on August 28, a person named Vipin Singh called her to Lucknow in the name of getting her work in a film. Here he raped her in a hotel in Matiyari. Police has registered an FIR against three people in this case, in which two have been arrested and teams are engaged to arrest one.
