News Topical, Digital Desk : The Yogi government of Uttar Pradesh has taken another big step towards industrial development. A new plot scheme has been brought for eco-friendly industries in the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) area of Gautam Buddha Nagar and Bulandshahr districts. A total of 55 industrial plots will be allotted under this scheme, which are located in Sector-29, 32 and 33 of YEIDA.
This plan has been prepared keeping in mind Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath 's goal of 'one trillion dollar economy'. Its aim is not only to increase investment but also to promote clean and green industries. The plan will speed up the development of Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Area (Phase-1) and will help in implementing Master Plan-2041.
50 small and 5 big plots will be included
Under the scheme, 50 small plots of up to 8000 square meters and 5 plots bigger than that will be made available for allotment. The price of the plots starts from Rs 64.16 lakh to Rs 22.91 crore. The largest plot is of 17,020 square meters in Sector-32. Allotment of all the plots will be done through e-auction.
Priority to MSME, ODOP, Toy-Apparel Park
In this scheme, priority will be given to units like MSME, ODOP, handicrafts, furniture industry, toy and apparel park. About 240 types of non-polluting industries will be eligible for plots in this. These industries include industries making products like dal mill, telecommunication equipment, X-ray machine, water purifier. This will give new identity and market to the traditional crafts and small industries of UP.
You can apply till 29 May
The application process for the scheme will remain open till 29 May. For more information, you can download the brochure by visiting the official website of YIDA. The special thing is that the e-auction process will be completed by the first week of July. If less than three valid bids are received for a plot, then that plot will not be included in the auction and the entire fee will be refunded to the applicant.
It is worth noting that the ODOP (One District One Product) scheme launched by the Uttar Pradesh government has already given new strength to the cottage, handicraft and traditional industries of the state. In this direction, now the establishment of green and non-polluting units in the industrial sector will not only increase local employment, but will also promote 'Make in India' and 'Ease of Doing Business'.
