A massive bomb blast occurred in Quetta, the capital of Balochistan, spreading panic throughout the area. A state of emergency has been declared in medical facilities throughout the city. Ten people have died and 32 have been injured in the incident.
According to the Express Tribune report, the bomb blast near Zarghoon Road in Quetta was so devastating that smoke was visible everywhere. Gunfire erupted immediately after the blast. A rescue operation was launched in the area immediately after the blast was reported.

According to Pakistani news channel Dawn, a powerful bomb blast in Quetta killed 10 people. It was a suicide attack, in which the suicide bomber also died.
CCTV footage of the incident has also emerged, clearly showing the scene of the bomb blast. Thirty-two people were seriously injured in the attack. According to Balochistan Health Minister Bakht Mohammad Kakar,

Two major blasts in one month
However, this isn't the first time a blast has been reported in Quetta. Earlier, on September 2nd, former Chief Minister Akhtar Mengal's convoy was attacked. His car was parked in the Shahwani Stadium parking lot when a powerful explosion occurred. Chief Minister Mengal was unharmed, but several members of his party were seriously injured.
