News Topical, Digital Desk : A violent protest by employees demanding a pay raise continues in Noida. Protesters set fire to five vehicles, including two police jeeps, causing a four-hour traffic jam.

The protests began at 7:30 a.m. and gradually spread to several industrial areas, causing traffic jams on roads leading to Noida, Ghaziabad and Delhi.

It should be noted that last week, protests took place in Manesar on the same issue, after which the government announced a pay hike. However, protests have also begun today in other Haryana districts, including Faridabad and Palwal.

It is noteworthy that on Sunday, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath had expressed serious concern over the growing dissatisfaction among workers in industrial areas and had talked about giving respectable honorarium.
