News Topical, Digital Desk : Indore businessman Raja Raghuvanshi, who went on a honeymoon trip to Shillong, was murdered. The main accused in the murder, his wife Sonam Raghuvanshi, is in police custody. Sonam was detained from a dhaba in Ghazipur, Uttar Pradesh. During interrogation, Sonam made many revelations about the murder of her husband Raja Raghuvanshi. Meanwhile, a video of Sonam Raghuvanshi has surfaced. This CCTV footage of Sonam is from the time when she was getting a medical checkup done at the medical college at night.

After Sonam's arrest, the police revealed that she, along with her lover Raj Kushwaha, had conspired to murder her husband Raja Raghuvanshi.

What plans were made to murder Raja Raghuvanshi?

• Sonam and Raj Kushwaha (Sonam's lover) together conspired to murder Raja Raghuvanshi. Raj hired contract killers for this job. 
• Raj did not come to Shillong, he was in touch with Sonam through phone. 
• Three contract killers Akash, Vishal and Anand were present in Shillong to carry out the murder of Raja Raghuvanshi.
• As part of the conspiracy, Sonam deliberately took Raja Raghuvanshi to a deserted road, where the three assassins killed Raja Raghuvanshi with a sharp weapon.
• After committing the murder, Akash, Vishal, Anand and Sonam reached Guwahati from Shillong. All the accused stayed in Guwahati for a day. After this, all of them left for different places.
• After committing the murder, the next destination of all the accused was to reach Cherrapunji.
• According to the police, the body was recovered on the 2nd and a Special Investigation Team (SIT) was formed. According to sources, during the investigation, the police got information that Sonam was alive and might be involved in the murder.
• When the police took out Sonam's call details, they found out that Sonam was in constant touch with Raj Kushwaha. Both of them knew each other from before and there was a love affair between them.
• After investigating the technical evidence and CCTV footage, the police first reached Lalitpur, from where Akash Rajput was arrested. After this, Vishal and Raj Kushwaha were arrested from Indore. Sonam was caught by the police from Ghazipur. The fifth accused was arrested from Anand Sagar. A total of five accused have been arrested.
