This time the applicant for the housing certificate is not an animal but a 'vehicle', the interesting thing is that instead of giving his photo i.e. the photo of the vehicle, this applicant has given the photo of Bhojpuri actress Monalisa to be put on the certificate.

Actually, Bhojpuri actress Monalisa's photo has been used in this fake application. The applicant's name is written as 'Sonalika Tractor', father's name as 'Swaraj Tractor' and mother's name as 'Kar Devi'. After this application came to light, there was a stir in the zonal office.

When the investigation was done after the order of the DM, the case was found to be fake, after which Motihari Superintendent of Police took cognizance and directed the Kotwa police station to receive the application and register an FIR. Also, all the circle officers have been instructed from the district level that if wrong online applications are received on RTPS intentionally, then along with rejecting them, legal action should also be taken against such applicants.

Motihari Superintendent of Police told that an application was received in Kotwa, in which a wrong application was deliberately made. Along with rejecting it through the Circle Officer, an FIR is being registered against the applicant. The fake online application received by the Circle Officer has not only been rejected, but an FIR has also been registered. No wrong certificate has been issued.

Dog's residence certificate was made in Patna

Let us tell you that earlier a similar case came to light in Masaurhi, Patna, when a residence certificate was made in the name of a dog. After the case came to light, the Patna administration lost its sleep. The administration cancelled this residence certificate made in the name of Dog Babu in Masaurhi zone with immediate effect and ordered an inquiry into the matter. However, this mistake did not happen in Motihari and the zone officer rejected this fake application.
