The company said that the dividend proposal was approved in the board meeting held on 21 August 2025 (Thursday). The board has approved the proposal of Rs 16 per share. These dividends will be issued at a face value of Rs 1 per share. The company will pay Rs 6,256 crore as this dividend. The record date for this dividend will be Wednesday, 27 August 2025.
