Board meetings are scheduled for more than 20 companies, including major companies like HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, Life Insurance Corporation of India, and HDFC Life Insurance Company. More than 15 companies will consider dividends and two will consider bonus issues. Take a look at the list of these companies.

The board meeting of ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company will be held on April 13, in which the company will consider the final dividend along with its audited and quarterly results. Swaraj Engines can take a decision on the final dividend along with its results on April 13. Anand Rathi Share And Stock Brokers will discuss the dividend along with its audited results on April 14. The dividend proposal of Eimco Elecon (India) will be placed in its meeting on April 14 along with its results. ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company will consider the final dividend along with its quarterly and annual results on April 14. Elecon Engineering Company can decide on dividend along with its audited results on April 15. GTPL Hathway will discuss the dividend proposal along with its quarterly results on April 15. HDB Financial Services will consider a dividend along with its results on April 15th. ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company may decide on a dividend along with its audited results on April 15th. Reliance Industrial Infrastructure will consider a final dividend along with its results on April 15th. CRISIL Ltd will discuss an interim dividend along with its quarterly results on April 16th. HDFC Asset Management Company will consider a final dividend along with its audited results on April 16th. HDFC Life Insurance Company will consider a dividend and preferential share issue along with its results on April 16th. VST Industries will consider a final dividend along with its results on April 16th. Mastek Ltd will discuss a dividend proposal along with its audited results on April 17th. HDFC Bank will consider a dividend along with its results on April 18th. ICICI Bank is expected to make a dividend decision along with its audited results on April 18.
